Mata when it matters...

Arsenal Vs Chelsea one of the most popular London derbies was not short of excitement today, it started with Ashley Cole and Terry receiving it from the boo boys but they went quiet when..Torres benefited from a defensive confusion in the Arsenal box to put the European champions ahead within 20 minutes of play, but the turn in the box by Gervinho was terrific as he lashed the ball inside the net and Cezh had no chance to equalize for Arsenal...it was 1-1 before the break...Although Torres had a chance to increase Chelsea's tally in the half but he wasted it..

Koscielny was having a bad day as his chin aided Mata's free kick in for Chelsea's second in the 2nd half.
Giroud as always squandered few chances to put Arsenal level in the 2nd half and Cazorla was guilty of same as well..
it was a wave of attack after attack by both teams but Chelsea held on to their lead and the game ended 1-2 in Chelsea's favour still on top of the table undefeated with 16 points!
