AVB can he stand tall?

The rise and fall of Andre Villas Boas in his short reign at Chelsea was largely blamed on his poor management of  'Old Big star' players'ego....but he is back in London with Tottenham probably to complete what he started..., the question is can he stand tall and face the players as a manager should or would he rather need some kind of lift like this ...lol.
